How to Create a SecondSky Data Account
There are three ways to gain access to the SecondSky Data platform:
- Being invited by an existing user.
- Purchasing a standalone sensor and following the enrollment process.
- Taking an enterprise package through our Corporate Support Team
Being Invited by an Existing User
Existing users (with sufficient permissions) can invite other users to join their organization. If you would like a colleague to invite you, please request they follow the invitation process.
Purchasing a Standalone Sensor
Standalone Sensors can be purchased directly from us or from any of our partners. When you receive the sensor, you can scan the attached QR code to begin the enrollment process. The first step in this process will be registering an account.
To register an account, you will need to provide:
- The name of your organization.
- Your first and last names.
- Your email address.
- A username.
- A password.
- Your phone number (optional).
Note: For your own protection we recommend a password of at least 8 characters, containing a mix of both numbers and letters, and at least one punctuation symbol.
After submitting the registration form, you will be redirected to a confirmation page and an email will be sent to the registered email address with a confirmation code. You must enter the code provided in the email and submit it to complete account registration.
Upon completing the registration process, you will be redirected to the site enrollment page.
Taking an Enterprise Package
We do provide enterprise-level services for large-scale and/or high-density installations. Should you believe this is the right service for you, please contact our Corporate Support Team.
