How to Create a Site

For more information on the Location Hierarchy please see What is a Location.

In order to add a new Site to your Organization you will need to have the Organization/Edit permission enabled on your User Role. For more information on User Roles please see How to manage what your users can access

To create a new Site, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Sites Admin page.
  2. Click on the Add site button on the top right.
  3. Complete at least the following fields:
    1. Site name
    2. Latitude (decimal format)
    3. Longitude (decimal format)
    4. Timezone
  4. Click on the Create site button at the bottom right of the form.

Your new Site will now be visible on the Site Admin list page. For more information on adding Locations to your new Site please see How to Add a New Location to a Site.
