How to Change or Reset your Password
We recommend resetting your password at least once every six months.
If you have lost your password, or you wish to change it, you can follow the same process:
- Sign out of your SecondSky Data account.
- Click on the Sign in button or visit the sign in page.
- Click on the Forgot Password? The link below the sign-in form.
- Enter your registered username or email address.
- Click the Submit button.
You will receive a confirmation email at your registered email address. Follow the link in the email to set a new password. If you have MFA enabled, you will still need your authenticator app in order to sign in using your new password.
